The Scalextric Extreme Speed Set is perfect for beginners who want to go fast.
You’ll soon be have the Porsche 997 GT3 RS and Lamborghini Gallardo GT-R hitting top speed, but thanks to the unique Magnatraction system which helps cars stay on the road, there shouldn’t be too many crashes.
If the ride does a get a bit bumpy, the damage resistant vehicles can withstand most collisions and keep motoring for years.
The Extreme Speed Set comes with two controllers and a mains transformer for any household plug. It’s also digital plug ready, so you can upgrade to Hornby’s digital control system and run multiple cars in one lane or switch lanes to overtake.
